Mike is a South Bend elder law attorney who has spoken widely on elder law issues to older adults, nursing homes and continuing legal education programs for other lawyers.

Mary Beth has been working with Mike in the elder law field since 1994. She has extensive experience in and assists clients with estate planning and administration, guardianships, trusts, probate matters and real estate transactions.

Susie worked at an in-hospital based nursing home for nine years before joining Mike. She has extensive experience with the geriatric population, nursing home rules and regulations, Indiana State Board of Health and Medicare and Medicaid issues. She received her paralegal degree in 2003. Susie assists clients in numerous Northern Indiana counties in implementing their Medicaid plans.

Melanie has been working with Mike since 2001. Melanie assists clients in implementing their Medicaid plans. Such assistance includes: gathering information, processing the Medicaid application and attending the Medicaid application meeting with the Medicaid caseworker. She also handles a multitude of other tasks, including scheduling appointments and filing documents with Courts and County Offices. In 1990, she received her Paralegal Degree from Indiana University in South Bend.

Dishione, Mike's secretary, performs a multitude of tasks, some of which include greeting clients, scheduling appointments and preparing correspondence and various estate planning documents. Dishione has extensive customer service experience and enjoys helping people.
