Melanie began working with Mike in 2001. Melanie assists clients in implementing their Medicaid plans. Such assistance includes gathering information, processing the Medicaid application, and attending the Medicaid application meeting with the Medicaid caseworker.

Melanie received her Paralegal Degree from Indiana University South Bend.
